Cerdanya valley is recovering its usual green with the last storms, it seems that it is preparing for the next hot months, because summertime is around the corner! We are starting to set up the campsite in Aransa, conditioning the camping area and getting everything ready. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
In this Newsletter you will find all the information needed to prepare the summer of your life!
IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION:
We need a picture of your Health Insurance card + a picture of the Big Family / Single Parent card if this is your case. If this is not your first time at Pyrene, it’s not necessary. You can upload them to the cloud in your USER AREA, going to the “Reservations” section and clicking on the “Upload” button to attach the documentation.
RENTALS:
Bicycle, helmet, winter sleeping bag 0ºC / 5ºC, large backpack, sleeping mat… you can rent everything through the RENTALS tab on the web.
T’ESTIU MOLT SCHOLARSHIPS:
This year is the 8th consecutive year that the Pyrene Summer Camp is included in this campaign of the Barcelona City Council. The final listings will come out on June 13. After 06.13 you will see the final amount to pay in your user area.
Activities and material: you can find the schedule, activities, list of material to bring… in the following video ⬆️.
2nd payment: the term to make the payment of the remaining balance expires 2 weeks before the start of your shift. We explain how to make it in this video ⬆️
COMMUNICATION:
All the communication of the Pyrene Summer Camp is done online. We will do a virtual meeting before the start of the camp, you will receive an email with the access link. If you come to the camp with a friend and they do not receive the Newsletter, please let us know.
In the FAQs section there is a lot of information too! But if you still have any questions give us a call or send us an email and we will be happy to give you a hand.

I would just like to make sure my email is correct. I did not receive any of the pre camp emails. I did get them passed on to me by Raül (awesome!!) so i do not need them now. But for future, can you please make sure to add my email to your list again.
